From drawing approval to final dispatch

- 01 Design & engineering Single-line diagrams, general arrangement drawings, and busbar calculations are reviewed and approved before release to the shop floor.
- 02 Sheet metal fabrication Cutting, punching, and forming of treated sheet metal enclosures, followed by electrostatic powder coating.
- 03 Busbar processing Cutting, punching, and bending of tin-plated ETP copper busbars sized to the rated current density.
- 04 Mechanical assembly Frames, compartments, gland plates, and device mounting assembled to the approved arrangement.
- 05 Wiring Power and control wiring, ferruling, and labelling carried out to the wiring schedule.
- 06 Testing & inspection Comprehensive functional and dielectric testing with quality control sign-off before delivery.
